This week’s edition of Body Designs has been given to me by a client. In a previous installment (Body Designs 2) I talked about some of the benefits of drinking water. Well, if you’re still finding it hard to “digest”, here are a few more benefits that might keep that water flowing and help meet you intake goal:
* Drinking 2 glasses (16 ounces) of water after waking up activates your internal organs
* Drinking 1 glass of water 30 minutes before every meal helps initiate digestion
* Drinking 1 glass of water before taking a bath (or shower) helps lower blood pressure
* Drinking 1 glass of water before bed helps in the avoidance of stroke or heart attack.
Now, if you follow the above formula, and eat at least four meals a day, you will polish off eight glasses of the “stuff”.
